No. You set up your link in minutes and your clients book without downloading anything: they just tap the link or scan your QR.
The deposit is small (you set the amount, for example $5) and comes off the price of the cut. You decide when to ask for it.
No. You confirm every appointment. Until you do, the client sees it as pending and can’t count on that time. If you don’t confirm it, there’s no appointment and they don’t lose their deposit.
You do. The client uploads a screenshot of their payment and you confirm it in your own ATH Móvil, because a screenshot can be faked.
They let you know from their booking. With 12 hours’ notice or more, you refund the deposit; if they cancel later or don’t show, you keep it. If you can’t take them, you refund it in full.
